Students with any level of yoga experience are welcome to attend this class. The class is slow-paced, yet challenging and offers opportunities for everyone to practice according to their body's needs by providing modifications that reduce and/or increase the level of challenge. In this class, you will find steady guidance in a non-competitive environment. You will also find an intentional and mindful experience. The class begins with the reading of a quote or passage; a message that is weaved into the entire experience of the class with the goal of helping us all to live more inspired, loving, and conscious lives.
