Yoga increases the body's strength and flexibility and calms the mind. Our yoga classes are vinyasa flow style of classical hatha yoga, flavored with work from the disciplines of ashtanga, anusara, and Iyengar yoga. Each class focuses on breath awareness and has a meditative quality, allowing the student to experience their inner self.
Our certified yoga instructors are from diverse backgrounds of study, with a common goal to assist each student, regardless of age, skill or fitness level, unfold his or her own yoga practice.
