Private yoga sessions from Whole Yoga are a wonderful investment in yourself and can be tailored to your specific needs, whether you're coping with an injury, or seeking more nuts-and-bolts instruction or specific postures that aren't normally offered in group drop-in-classes.
During our private yoga sessions we can also incorporate meditation, deep relaxation or yoga philosophy and Ayurveda.
