Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just beginning to learn more about meditation, this class meets you where you are. In our Meditation class, we sit quietly, focusing inside on the heart.
You will benefit from turning your attention back inside of yourself and acknowledging who you are, why you’re here, what your life’s purpose is. This Meditation class will also strengthen your mind and your ability to focus.
During the first half hour of Whole Yoga Meditation, the instructor teaches various tools to help calm the mind and prepare for meditation including kirtan (chanting), pranayama (breathing techniques), and mantra. We sit in silent meditation for the second half hour.
It’s an hour of heart-opening and mind-cleansing which will leave you feeling relaxed and surprisingly invigorated!
